A slick-talking gangster has vanished — along with a stash of stolen war bonds. Whispers swirl through Main Street: someone saw him near the alley, someone else swears he left a coded message at the barber shop.

💼 Now, 80 years later, it’s your turn to solve the mystery.

Main Street Mysteries returns Saturday, May 17th for the first of four outdoor adventures in downtown Goshen. Families, friends, and curious detectives of all ages are invited to follow the trail, crack the codes, solve the puzzles and uncover the truth.

🎯 How It Works

You’ll receive your instructions at the Goshen Historical Museum — your launch point into the case. From there, you’ll visit real 1940s-era locations, each with a hidden puzzle, riddle, or clue tied to the gangster’s story.

📱 This year’s game uses our brand-new TOBI app to guide you step by step. You’ll collect virtual objects, solve trivia, and snap photos at each stop to complete your mission. The app will be home for all outdoor adventures.

🗺️ Your Investigation Route Includes:

• 🔍 The Alley – where it all began…
• 📚 Fables Bookstore (formerly Montgomery Ward)
• 👮‍♂️ The Police Booth – evidence locked away
• The furniture store, saloon, grocery store and more historical places on Main Street.

And of course, it all comes full circle at the Museum, where your discoveries unlock the safe and bring the truth to light.
